Gate Designs
Here are a number of gate designs each can be customized and altered to fit your desires. Many of these have been built either exactly as drawn or modified slightly. Below the designs are just a few of the different elements to the gates and ways the gates can be modified.
On this page you will find a number of designs for custom gates. Each can be customized as you see fit. There are may options to customize your gate and make it uniquely yours. Some of the options we can build into your gate are below.
Estate Recurve Reverse Recurve Scalloped Flat Top
Top styles:
- Estate – A simple elegant arched top
- Re-curve – An arched top that starts out parallel to the ground arches up and back down flattens out again on the other side. This is the most popular top design
- Scalloped – A design where the ends are taller and the middle curves down. Basically the reverse of the estate.
- Reverse Re-curve – An arched top which starts out parallel to the ground and curves downward and back up to parallel.
- Flat – a top completely parallel to the ground.
- Custom – anything else you would like
Leaf designs:
Single Single Built Like a Double Double
Gates can come in several different configurations of the leaf or section of a gate.

Finials:
These are the gate “toppers” and add another exciting element to any gate design.
- Triad – Three protrusions one top and two to the sides
- Quad – four protrusions on the corners coming up to a point at the top often topped by a ball.
- Fleur-de-lis – A historically french ornamentation with one large leaf two peeled back on the sides and often with additional leaves bunched underneath.
- Flat – A cap with no design to cover the open picket
- Ball – A round ball mounted on a base
- Custom – We have hundreds of other options to add to your design including elements like pineapples and stars.

Internal Decorations this can encompass many different elements. These can come in any number of shapes and sizes.
